What? You hate White Dwarf because it costs TOO MUCH MONEY? Don't worry. There is a new WebZine out that 40K fans will LOVE.

This week includes an article for people who don't like painting.

Where can you get 40K bits?

Admittedly, the name of the site is somewhat disturbing, but there you have it.

If you aren't familiar, you'd better check out Whirlgirl - superheroine who was spawned from the early days of Flash Animation.

Ever wanted to mix D&D with 40K? Then go and download this must have:

d20 Warhammer 40K

Anyone that has had the good fortune of playing Warhammer 40,000 has had at one point wanted to be a Space Marine holding out against a rushing horde of Tyranids with nothing but faith and a bolter to protect you. Or perhaps you wanted to play as a massive Ork with a powerfist who could crunch through Space Marine power armour like a sledgehammer through tinfoil. Maybe the Eldar are your thing, and the idea of an all-seeing being with the capacity to intuit the future from all the possible paths attracts you. Maybe when the Tau came out you became obsessed with the Greater Good of the universe, or perhaps you’d rather be a Kroot mercenary selling your fighting prowess to the highest bidder. It is possible that you wanted to play the more obscure characters that hold the Imperium together but get no recognition in games – the Navigators, the Astropaths, the Adeptus Arbiters or members of the Administratum...

Sol how'd you get the pic up I tried to copy and paste the image from the Website and it won't do it.

By Who is the (Knight_Hawk) on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 - 11:29 am:

Hmm didn't think the first one went through /shrug

By System Admin (Admin) on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 - 03:15 pm:

Knighthawk:

First you need to save your image from the web locally to your hard drive as a file.

Then follow the formatting documentation on image uploads.

But yeah. No copy / paste of images. In case you noticed the form isn't a rich text box control. It's just a text box.

I love being an admin. I went back and fixed up my post to show y'all the picture it generated. Life is good.

Need MORE Apocolypse special units? They can be found here:

Not available anywhere else, you can consider these to be bonus pages to the Apocolypse Rulebook.

By Who is the (Knight_Hawk) on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 - 04:26 pm:

Jon and I have been talking about this kinda thing and have started to design armies to battle each other in Apoclypse settings. I might be persuaded to say more in the gaming section.

If anyone is into Web Comics, here's a new one I've been following lately. It is called "Marry Me" and it follows the life of a famous singer who is unexpectedly married (or was she?) to one of her fans during a concert.

Also - want to see Star Trek again? Well, there are FAN-MADE episodes now starring Kirk, Spock, and all your favorites. The production values are actually quite good. See for yourself.
