The Society for the Furtherment of Levity is an entirely not-for-profit organization, and neither seek to nor expect to receive any profit as a result of erecting this site. No copyright infringement of any kind is intended.

All works, written, literary, and otherwise that exist within the LEV FORUM are protected from copyright infringement by the Berne Convention. Under this convention, these works may not be copied, used, or modified in any way without prior written consent of the original author. Further, in accordance with the Berne Convention, a copyright mark or notice need not appear on any work contained within the LEV FORUM for this protection to apply, nor is ignorance of the Berne Convention considered acceptable defense under international law. The Berne Convention is currently recognized by nearly all countries in the world including the USA.
